This website is operated by Fracturelabs OU ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Nomad Gadgets. By using nomad-gadgets.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Products and pricing

We aim to describe and price every product accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout.

 

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order - for example if an item is out of stock or an error is found. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

 

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk passes to you on delivery.

 

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

 

Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, images, logos and design - is our property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Statutory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
