Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery times

We ship worldwide from our supply partners. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location and the item. Remote regions and peak periods (holidays, sales) may add a few days.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown in your cart.

 

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email support@nomad-gadgets.com and we'll chase it for you.

 

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

 

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll investigate, resend, or refund.
